Project proposal Co-creating digital policies in Slovenia Phase III – (CODIS 3) is building on results and experiences from previous CODIS projects which were aiming at involving of civil society organisations and individuals in the preparation of the National strategic roadmap for Digital Decade in 2023 and its first update in 2024.
General information
The CODIS 3 project aims to apply the ECAS Civic Monitoring Methodology Framework to the implementation of Slovenia’s national strategic roadmap for the Digital Decade. It will also update the current shadow report on the national roadmap’s implementation and assess how well good governance principles were integrated into the national roadmap’s preparation, based on the findings of previous CODIS projects.
The project will also provide a standalone, open-source online dashboard displaying monitored indicator data, online training for key stakeholders, advocacy for good governance principles in the implementation of the national roadmap, and raise awareness of national and EU digital decade policy targets through project outreach and dissemination.
